THURSDAY LAMB DEVOTIONAL NUGGET- Hebrews

“And have you forgotten his encouraging words spoken to you as his children? He said, “My child, don’t underestimate the value of the discipline and training of the Lord God, or get depressed when he has to correct you. For the Lord’s training of your life is the evidence of his faithful love. And when he draws you to himself, it proves you are his delightful child.””

My Take: In our current culture we would not connect discipline and training with encouragement. But as the scripture says:

"For the Lord’s training of your life is the evidence of his faithful love."

God Loves us so much He tells us the truth and gives us a glimpse into reality by looking in His Word. By this He draws us to Himself♥️

He exhorts us not to be conformed to the ways of the world but by His Word 📖 and the leading of His Holy Spirit 🔥  to be transformed.

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
