Check-In Procedures
Children must be checked-in by initially providing all information that would ensure the child’s well being and safety. The check-in process will be through SubSplash Check-Ins, a cloud based check-in system. Both parent and child are to receive a unique alphanumeric code that is randomly generated each week. You, the parent, will receive a corresponding code to ensure the right person picks up your child. To ensure safety, a HCI leader will verify codes upon dismissal.
Volunteers & Staff
All volunteers and leaders are carefully screened before they can begin working in any classroom. This is accomplished by filling out a comprehensive application, a background check and interview by their ministry leader, and on-the-job training.
Allergies & Special Needs
It is very important to us to take the best care of your child. For us to adequately do this, we ask you to notify us of any and all allergies, medical, or behavioral special needs, so we can assist your child to the best of our ability.
General Wellness Guidelines
To ensure the health of children and volunteers, we ask that any child showing signs of fever, vomiting, diarrhea, skin infection/rash, lice or other contagious illnesses not attend Harvest Kids Church classes, activities, or events. We follow these guidelines and we expect that a child or volunteer be free of fever for at least 24 hours before attending Harvest Church International. In the event of a contagious disease (lice, chicken pox, etc.), parents will be notified via a note home or e-mail.
